I, on behalf of the Client, have read, fully understood, and acknowledge the nature of the crypto-asset services provided by KVEX as detailed in the Description of Crypto-Asset Services , and I am aware of and accept the significant risks associated with crypto-assets and the use of KVEX`s services, as outlined in the Risk Disclosure Statement. .

I, on behalf of the Client, understand and agree that the Client will be subject to KVEX Solutions s.r.o.`s Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures, as summarized in the AML/KYC Policy Summary . I understand that providing accurate information and full cooperation with these procedures is mandatory and that failure to comply may result in the refusal or termination of services.

I, on behalf of the Client, confirm that all information provided during the registration process and any subsequent KYC procedures is true, accurate, and complete to the best of my knowledge. I further confirm that I am duly authorized to act on behalf of, and legally bind, the Client entity to these agreements.
